Facilities Management maintains 49 buildings with a total of 1,339,477 square feet. These buildings are maintained by Housekeeping, and Building Trades (carpentry, plumbing, locksmith, painting, electrical, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning personnel).
Support Services provides assistance to the campus community through: Mail Services, Surplus, Warehousing, Shipping and Receiving, and paper sales.
Maintenance of Campus grounds include 364 acres in Buncombe and Henderson counties.
